## What is Cresca AI?

Cresca AI is the agent that writes and designs marketing emails inside Cresca, not a separate product: every Cresca account has it, from the Free plan up.

You give it a brief, it returns a finished email in your brand, and you stay in charge of reviewing, editing, choosing the contacts and sending. The same account also has a transactional email API for the email your app sends, such as password resets and receipts.

    Add the DNS records shown, or connect Cloudflare, so email sends from your own domain.

    Ask the agent for changes, then adjust any text, image or button in the design editor.

    Save the email as a template, pick a contact list and send the campaign now or schedule it.

## What Cresca AI does not do

- ### Review every draft

    The fact-check pass is a safeguard, not a sign-off. Read each email before it goes out.

- ### No A/B tests or predicted send times

    Cresca does not offer A/B testing or AI send-time prediction. Each campaign gets a delivery report so you can compare sends yourself.

- ### Automation is launching soon

    Automation workflows are not available yet. Until they launch, recurring emails go out as scheduled campaigns.

It is included on every plan, including the Free plan, which runs for 30 days with no credit card. Paid plans start at $29 a month for 5,000 contacts and 7,500 emails.

### 03 Is Cresca AI a separate app?

No. It runs inside your Cresca account at app.cresca.xyz, in the Message Cresca AI box. The emails it creates open in the same design editor, contact lists and campaigns you already use.

### 04 Does Cresca AI make up offers or facts?

A separate fact-check pass compares the draft with your brief and removes or flags claims you never made, such as free shipping or a deadline. It is a safeguard, so you should still read every email before sending.

### 05 Can I edit what Cresca AI creates?

Yes. Every email opens in the design editor, where you can change any text, image, button or section, or ask the agent to refine it. Approved emails can be saved as templates.
